There’s a girl at my school who likes me, and she’s asked me to sleep over at her house, and she always hangs ariund with me and whatnot

Huh. If she makes your anxiety flare up I would definitely try to tell her as gently as possible that you’d prefer not to. Not make up any lies, just say you’re not so comfortable with that.

Have you two known each other long/are you close enough friends? Because if you’re not that can definitely serve as the upper hand there.
